Using the service

You must be an adult able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the service with a parent or guardian who places the order. Provide accurate contact and shipping information. You must own or have permission to use every image and any people, artwork or marks shown in it. AI output can contain mistakes; check your artwork carefully.

Prices and packages

Prices are in US dollars. Fiberglass is $29.99 for one paddle or $55.99 for a matching pair; carbon fiber is $49.99 for one paddle or $95.99 for a matching pair. Each order has one material and artwork; a pair uses the same material, artwork and finish colors on both paddles. Shipping and the amount due are shown before payment. Review the checkout total before submitting a payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout using your shipping address.

Approval and ordering

Review the final artwork, personalization, quantity and finish colors before approving. They are locked for that purchase. All paddles are customized to order, so all sales are final: no change-of-mind returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds after payment. Exceptions for damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered items and rights required by law are described in the Returns policy. Production requires both recorded approval and confirmed payment. Image attempts after payment create new designs, not changes to the purchased artwork.

Delivery and requests

Estimated timing is about five days to make after approval and payment plus about seven days in transit. If shipment is delayed, we will notify you, explain the revised timing and provide cancellation/refund options where required. Cancellation, damage and refund requests go to orders@aipicklepaddle.com; the Returns policy describes the review process.

Questions and disputes

Contact orders@aipicklepaddle.com with your order number so we can investigate a concern. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights.
