Customized paddles
All paddles are customized to order using the artwork, package and finish colors you approve before payment. All sales are final: we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds after payment, including for an approved design, personalization or selected color. Please review your preview and order details carefully before paying. This policy does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered items, or any rights required by applicable law.
Damage, defects or an incorrect item
Please email orders@aipicklepaddle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photos of the affected paddle and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. The 14-day reporting request does not limit any longer rights provided by law.
If we confirm a production defect, shipping damage or an item that does not match the approved order, we will arrange an appropriate reprint or refund. For a matching pair, we review the affected paddle; one affected item does not automatically require replacing the entire pair. We will explain any return instructions and who pays return shipping before asking you to send anything back. Do not return an item without contacting us first.
Cancellation requests
Unpaid orders can be removed from your cart. After payment, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds because the order is customized. Email orders@aipicklepaddle.com promptly if there is an order error, delivery problem or another issue covered by this policy. A request does not itself cancel an order or issue money. Mandatory cancellation and delivery-delay rights still apply.
Exceptions and required refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Your order page shows the amount and status. Pending or failed refunds are not money returned. Bank processing times vary. Any mandatory cancellation, delivery-delay or refund rights still apply.
