Information we handle

We collect the account and contact details you submit, photos and design instructions, generated artwork, saved paddle previews, order information and shipping details. Uploaded photos are sent to storage and image-processing services; they do not stay only on your device. Please avoid uploading sensitive documents or information that is not needed for your design.

Why we use it

We use this information to create your artwork, save designs, sign you in, process and manage orders, respond to support requests and protect the service against abuse. Only upload photos you have permission to use, including permission from anyone pictured.

Service providers

Supabase provides account, database and file storage services. OpenAI processes image-generation requests. Stripe hosts payment entry and processing; our application does not collect full card numbers. Resend delivers sign-in and order-update emails. Vercel and Railway host parts of the application. These providers may process information in different countries under their own service terms and safeguards. We share order and artwork details needed to fulfill a physical order with the production and delivery partners.

Cookies and saved sessions

The site uses account/session cookies and browser storage to support sign-in, saved designs, artwork permissions and checkout. Hashed network identifiers help limit abuse. Disabling necessary cookies can prevent these features from working.

Retention and deletion

Files and records currently remain stored until they are manually removed; a fixed automatic deletion schedule has not yet been implemented. Email orders@aipicklepaddle.com from your account or order email to request access, correction or deletion, and include the relevant design or order reference. We may verify ownership before acting. Transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute and legally required records may need to be retained separately from photos. We will explain any retention exception when reviewing your request.

Launch updates

If you join the launch list, we store your email, submission time and source to send launch updates. Email orders@aipicklepaddle.com to opt out or request removal. Do not submit another person's address without permission.

Security and policy updates

Access controls and authenticated sessions help protect information; no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice as the service changes. The current date is shown above.
