How much does a custom pickleball paddle cost?
Prices depend on your material and whether you choose one paddle or a matching pair. See the material section for starting prices, then review your selected package and full total before payment.
Can I see my design before I order?
Yes. You can review the generated artwork and see it in a paddle mockup before final approval. Digital mockups are previews, not photographs of a manufactured sample.
Do I need my own photo?
No. You can choose one of the ready-made designs without uploading a photo or generating artwork.
Can I order two matching paddles?
Yes. Both paddles use the same material, approved artwork and finishing colors.
How many free designs can I make?
The studio offers five free submitted attempts. Every submitted Generate request counts, including a failed generation. A completed account and payment unlock up to 10 total attempts, including the free attempts already used. Extra attempts create new designs and do not change artwork already approved for an order.
When will my order arrive?
Production is currently estimated at about 5 days after artwork approval and payment, plus about 7 days in transit within the United States. These are calendar-day estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
What if the printed paddle does not look right?
Email orders@aipicklepaddle.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the packaging. Please report the issue within 14 days of delivery; this does not limit longer legal rights. The Returns policy explains how we review damage, defects and incorrect items.
Can I return a personalized paddle?
No change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted after payment. Every paddle is customized to your approved order, so all sales are final. Exceptions for damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered items and rights required by law still apply. See the Returns policy for details.
What is the difference between the two materials?
Fiberglass uses glass fibers in its face and is our lower-priced option. Carbon fiber uses carbon fibers. Both have the same confirmed 16 mm thickness, dimensions, honeycomb core, TPU edge guard, UV printing and color options. Fiberglass weighs 227 g and carbon fiber weighs 223 g; grip length is approximately 14 cm. Face material can affect feel, but we have not measured differences in spin, power or durability between these paddles.
Are these paddles suitable for tournament play?
USA Pickleball approval has not been verified. Do not assume the customized paddle is approved for sanctioned tournament play.
What photos work best?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo of you, your partner or your pet. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC/HEIF photos up to 10 MB are accepted. Get permission from everyone pictured.
Is my uploaded photo private?
Your photo is uploaded to storage and image-processing providers; it does not stay only on your device. Files currently remain stored until manually removed. Read the Privacy page for provider and retention details, or contact orders@aipicklepaddle.com to request deletion.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is $20 per order for a single paddle or a matching pair. We currently ship within the United States only. The full total is shown before any payment step.
Can each paddle in a pair have a different design?
No. Each order has one approved design. A matching pair gets the same artwork and finish colors on both paddles. Create a second design separately if you want different artwork.
Is checkout open?
Yes. Live checkout is available after you preview and approve your artwork.
How do I report an order problem?
Email orders@aipicklepaddle.com from your order email with your order number and details. Customized orders are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations or refunds after payment. We review order problems and any legally required remedies under the Returns policy.
